Smoke free premises. 87 units, some two bedrooms. 2 stories (no elevator), interior/exterior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

We stayed here from 8/14-8/18. Upon our arrival we went to unpack our clothes and found food containers with food in them in the drawers which is unacceptable. The front desk attendant came and cleaned the drawer out. Secondly, I needed the refrigerator to store medication and water. That night, I found the water frozen. Fortunately, my medication did not freeze and I had to make alternate accommodations. I reported this to the front desk and turned the temperature in the refrigerator to the lowest setting. I was told that they would check it out. Two days later, the water was still freezing. We also reported that there was some water coming from someplace on the bathroom floor but it was still there when we checked out. Finally, we expected that the room would be services daily. After two days, the beds were not make and the trash not removed. I stated at this facility five years ago (not sure if it was a Best Western at that time) and had a good experience. I cannot understand how AAA gave this motel four stars and an approval. At best I give it a fair rating.
