This hotel is completely rundown and disgusting. Start by the main sliding doors had to be forces opened. Then wait 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk, behind a couple who had already been yelling and hitting the bell on the counter who knows how long. When the lady does show up up she is very blunt, with no customer service skills, and looks unprofessional. Then after being on the phone with AAA and their corporate, then back in to talking to counter lady. No one can/is willing to help me cancel the order. They are blaming each other. We feel trapped, so we check in. When we get to the room it has the overpowering smell of mildew/mold starts giving us headaches. The comforter on the bed has multiple tears in it. To top it off the couch in the room had what I was glaze from a donut on it. We instantly checked out and are screwed out of our money. I will never book a room with Best Western or through AAA again.

very clean, nice breakfast. Parking and location out of the way. construction at the entrants of Hotel. I should have gotten a heads up on this before I left. One of the desk clerks were not dressed properly. i.e. top looked like a bra.
