This hotel offers two family-friendly pools and is close to many attractions. A few larger, family-style units come with living areas that are separate from the bedrooms. Smoke free premises. 177 units, some two bedrooms and kitchens. 2-3 stories, interior corridors.

This place did not seem quite up to usual Best Western standards. No one was at the front door initially when we walked in, so we had to summon a clerk from the room behind. Front desk people need training on how to speak slowly and clearly to hearing-impaired clients like myself. The back entry door where we brought in our luggage was being used by smokers standing right beside the doorway, with the door held open and smoke blowing inside the hallway. That was very annoying and not fitting for a good hotel. I think this hotel needs renovation to be more attractive on the exterior and interior, and staff to be more attentive to running a top-level hotel. The remote control for the TV fell apart, exposing the batteries which fell out. We saw this with another Best Western hotel where we stayed on this trip. Pandemic-era remote devices should be replaced with ones that are durable and which work well.
