This property needs assistance. It appears to be severely understaffed and overwhelmed. There is much deferred maintenance and some unique policies being implemented here, not in a good way. Staff (with the exception of the owner/franchisee) is pleasant and trying hard, but is CLEARLY hampered by management. (One bed, one bath towel rule. Seriously?!!) C'mon, Baymont, you can do better. This location is great, and this property could be great, too. Intervene and get it fixed, Baymont corporate.
