The hotel itself and the room were both very clean, well-kept, and fashionably designed. The location was great as well. However, every hotel room has sliding doors for the bathroom which do not have the casters properly installed. Our door got stuck several times, and we could hear people in other hotel rooms accidentally slamming their sliding doors throughout the night. In addition, the hydraulic arms on the room entry doors were not set properly, so those were slamming throughout the night as well. These things, in combination with the poor sound insulation for rooms on the "city side" of the hotel, made for 3 nights of little to no sleep.
