Campground Overview
Check In
Check In Time: 3PM | Check-in and Check-out: a. All campers must check in and out at a centrally located check-in facility. b. Check-in time is 3pm, and check-out time is 11am. c. At check in campers will be given a tag with a number. The number on the tag will correlate with the campsite assigned to that camper. Campers must return their tag upon check out. d. Late check-outs are subject to a $15 check out fee.

Campground NOTICE:
These rules and regulations are provided as a general guideline and can be modified or supplemented by the specific policies of the campground. It is essential to review and adhere to any additional rules or guidelines communicated by the campground management.
Waste Management:
--- Dispose of all trash in designated trash bins or dumpsters. Keep the campsite clean and free from litter. --- All campers are subject to a $250 cleaning fee if campsite is not clean and clear of trash at the closing of each stay. --- All campers must take their own trash to the garbage dump at the end of their stay.

Campground Etiquette:
--- Be considerate of fellow campers and maintain a respectful attitude towards others. --- Do not enter or tamper with other campers' equipment or belongings without their permission.
Fireworks and Firearms:
--- Fireworks and firearms are prohibited within the campground premises.
Compliance with Rules:
--- Failure to comply with the campground rules and regulations may result in warnings, eviction, or other penalties as deemed necessary by the campground management.
Alcohol and Drug Use:
--- Follow all local laws and regulations regarding alcohol and drug consumption. --- Public intoxication or the use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
Speed Limit & Traffic
--- Adhere to the posted speed limits within the campground. --- Drive cautiously and watch out for pedestrians, cyclists, and other vehicles. --- Follow designated traffic flow patterns and parking regulations.
Respect for Nature and Wildlife:
--- Preserve the natural surroundings and wildlife. Do not disturb or harm animals, plants, or natural features. --- Do not feed wildlife, as it disrupts their natural behavior and may create safety hazards.
Campground Facilities:
--- Respect all campground facilities and equipment. Report any damage or issues to the campground office. --- Follow any additional rules or guidelines posted at specific facilities, such as swimming pools, playgrounds, or recreational areas.
Quiet Hours
--- Respect quiet hours between 9pm and 8am. During this period, minimize noise and disturbances to ensure a peaceful environment for all campers. --- No amplified music or excessive noise is allowed at any time.
Pet Policy
--- Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times. --- Clean up after your pets and dispose of waste properly. --- Pets must not be left unattended at the campsite and should not create disturbances.
Riverfront Rules
--- Location: At the riverfront campground area. This property is owned and maintained by the Avon Lodge Campground for use and enjoyment by its guests. --- Fishing in the Neversink River is permitted only with valid NYS Fishing License. --- Swimming: is permitted but be sure you are familiar with swimming in natural environments. Be aware of dangers of fast moving currents, even in shallow water. Be aware of unexpected changes in air or water.
Campsite Reservation
--- Campsites can be reserved in advance. Walk-in campers are also welcome, but subject to availability. --- All reservation and campsite fees must be paid during check in.
Campfire Safety
--- Campfires are permitted only in designated fire pits or fire rings. --- Fires must never be left unattended and must be fully extinguished before leaving the campsite or going to sleep. --- Follow all posted guidelines and local fire restrictions regarding campfires. --- In case of an emergency, **Dial 911** or the **Fallsburg Police Department** at **(845) 434-4422.**
