The most convenient way to reach Mini World Lyon is by public transit. Take metro line A or tram line T3 to the Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie stop, about 15 minutes from central Lyon. Mini World Lyon is located at Pôle du Carré de Soie, 3 Avenue de Bohlen.
During school holidays, Mini World Lyon is open every day from 10am to 7pm. Otherwise, it’s open Wednesday through Sunday from 11am to 6pm, and closed on Monday and Tuesday. To avoid crowds, visit midweek.
To continue a culture-filled excursion that the kids will love, head over to the Musée Miniature et Cinéma on Old Lyon’s Rue Saint-Jean. Check out the miniatures, as well as film props, costumes, and a functioning artists workshop. Best of all, admission is included with the Lyon City Card.
