My room was spacious, very clean, well equipped & comfortable. The built-in shampoo dispenser in the shower was entirely EMPTY after I checked in, so I had to use my own shampoo which I fortunately brought with me, but otherwise my room was perfect for my stay. Free breakfasts included mass produced omelettes which tasted reasonably okay, but there was no way to know the actual ingredients in them which I suspect included chemicals I'd probably rather avoid. The pre-packaged hot breakfast sandwiches had a long list of ingredients which included many horrible items such as MSG & a host of other additives I would NEVER knowingly ingest, so I avoided those like the plague! Hotel coffee in the lobby was excellent, though I would have preferred a stronger brew & there was NO real dairy Half & Half among the coffee creamers which was a sad disappointment! Hotel staff were always friendly & accommodative, free parking was always available & conveniently located, checkout time was not until 12:00 noon which was more comfortable than many other hotels' earlier checkout times which was nice! Luggage carts rolled freely, easily, & were plentiful & always available when I needed one & elevators were spaciously large, worked perfectly, & were always easily available. I found the breakfasts disappointing, and if the breakfast offerings had been a little closer even to road cafe' restaurant quality level I would have given a 5-star rating here! However, despite my breakfast disappointments, my stay was a pleasant, convenient & comfortable experience overall.
