Planes of Fame Air Museum is at the Valle Airport near jct. SR 64 and US 180 at 755 Mustang Way. Covering aviation history from World War I through the supersonic jet age, the museum's collection includes Gen. Douglas MacArthur's personal transport plane Bataan, a Lockheed C-121A Constellation. Other aircraft include a Grumman F-11F Tiger formerly used by the Navy's Blue Angels and a 1944 Messerschmitt BF109G-10. A flyby/fly-in is held in August. Pet friendly (call for restrictions/fees.). Time: Allow 1 hour minimum.
