National Ranching Heritage Center is at 3121 4th St. This 27-acre facility includes a museum with seven galleries and a 19-acre historical park with 49 relocated, restored ranch structures from the late 1700s to the 1930s. A self-guiding 1.5-mile trail begins from the museum and goes through the historical park, which encompasses a ranch office, stone and log cabins, a Queen Anne-style rancher's home, a ranch cookhouse/dining hall, a horse barn, a bunkhouse, a one-room schoolhouse, windmills, a train with cattle cars and a depot. Time: Allow 1 hour minimum.
