Getting to the hotel was a bit of a pain going through neighborhoods and awkward turns. The hotel was organized and clean. Breakfast could have been improved. Out of several items before 8 am. Employees were polite and pleasant.

We had travel issues due to severe weather across the state. Forced to drive on in dangerous conditions or pay for room. Pathetic. Lots of finger pointing between HHonors, AAA and Tru by Hilton.
