Overall it was a very nice hotel , complimentary wine and snack daily from 5-6pm and morning gentleman (i forgot his name) was on top of any requests you have. The other two shifts however were not as i had to ask for towels and a robe 3 separate times before receiving as well as a luggage rack which i never received
