Something is happening in this area. The marina has been drained; odor coming from Marina area. Cranes nearby look like construction is about to begin. In the hotel, full breakfast has been cancelled (staff if not sure why). There is a minimal continental breakfast offered. These changes have not been reflected on the hotel website.
Quiet location, nice staff and comfortable. The only negative was $18/day parking charge.
