This property offers spacious rooms that are nicely appointed with many having a gas fireplace and a comfortable seating area. The outdoor gazebo is a good spot for events. Smoke free premises. 95 units. 4 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Elevators not working. Shower knob broken, couldn’t use. Couch uncomfortable and dirty. Was non functioning hideabed. Barking dogs Not for guests with mobility issues. Plus: Big room. Microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator. Lanai.
The stay was pleasant. But unfortunately the elevator was not working so we didn't get an ocean view unless you want to climb stairs. The bathroom in our room was dirty. There was hair in the shower and mold. For some reason, Hotels never keep the bathroom clean when that should be the most sanitized and cleanest room I would think. The staff were okay. I enjoyed the breakfast. The pool looked nice and clean but we didn't have time to swim. I will stay again when the elevator is working.
Hotel is located just feet from the shoreline. Very accessible. Suites are generously sized and have fireplaces. Hotel breakfast choices are average. Stayed one night.
I have stayed here twice this year. There are new owners and the hotel is being worked on. I like the rooms with the fireplaces and an ocean view. There is a breakfast served in the mornings, which is nice, especially off season. The pool, spa and workout areas are still closed, unfortunately. The staff is mostly friendly, but some of them won't even smile at the front desk. I will still stay there again.

Very nice hotel, ocean view rooms have an actual ocean view. Good breakfast provided in the morning. They are concluding a recent remodel. Rooms are large Decks are nice and accessible. CAUTION! If you are mobility limited, check with the front desk to make sure that all elevators are working! At the time of my stay, this was "discovered" the hard way. The distance from the elevator to my ocean view room was overwhelming. Friendly staff! I'd recommend this for a stay in Ocean Shores.
