The TV in our room didn’t work. They tried to convince us to do without TV for one night. (No way after traveling 6 hours to get there), finally after much inconvenience they switched our room down the hall. Then that room had a bad odor and the telephone didn’t work. They didn’t have another room. They wanted me to troubleshoot the phone situation. Checking the plugs etc. That still wasn’t the issue and no one came to check it. Then about 11:30pm someone from the front desk was banging on our door (they woke us out of a dead sleep) because they wanted to verify who was in the room. I also asked that the sheets be changed and it was never done. Their comment was “oops, it can be done tomorrow”. We were leaving the next day. The staff seemed very unorganized. The morning breakfast was unsupervised, the food ran out fast and took too long to replenish because nobody knew what they were doing. I was very disappointed and will recommend this location to anyone.
