because nobody or institution is perfect which 5 stars would represent. the breakfast was not all that good, the first day was so so, the second day with the ham/egg croissants. where terrible, dried out and had been sitting, nothing fresh about them.
I require an accessible accommodation. The room was not accessible. The bed was too high, the mattress had a pillow top which made it impossible to move, get on or off without help.
