I read some pretty awful reviews of this hotel and considered canceling but so glad I did not! The hotel was clean. The breakfast area was immaculate. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was perfect for a weekend in Vancouver and I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent customer service, room was clean, in a great place to see the town
They were very helpful with all we needed. It was nice to have a place to store luggage as we could not get on the ship for several hours after the required check out time.
