Even though my travel agent had left a note to the hotel that I was adding a hotel night to my tour, there was still so much confusion every time that I checked on the reservation with the staff. The hotel staff was very kind and accommodating, but the reservation confusion was very aggravating. There was good follow up after I checked out and my hotel bill did not reflect an additional charge for a room that I had already paid in full.

The motel staff was very helpful, met all my needs, helped me my charging my phone until I could buy one, showed me how to operate ther coffee maker,helped me set the thermostat, called taxis for me etc. They were very polite, and very respectful. Great food, excellent bed, best pillows i ever have seen. Excellent!
