I understand hotels are facing staffing issues these days, so I would have liked to have been told at check-in that housekeeping (making beds, changing towels, etc) would only happen upon request. When I figured it out after a few days and then requested it, service was great, prompt and courteous. Have stayed at this hotel many times over the years, but it is showing it’s age now in the public spaces. Hot tub out of service for months (not disclosed on website), countertops and furniture in breakfast room quite worn, common hallway carpets many stains. On a good note, the women working in the breakfast room was OUTSTANDING!!! Give her a raise!
