In the larger cities some pharmacies stay open 24 hours. Small shops are usually open by 8:30am and tend to close by 6pm.
Department stores open about 10am and close as late as 10pm. Markets open as early as 3am and many are finished by 8am; others
stay open until the early afternoon. National museums normally follow the times stated above, but the many privately run museums
vary. All government offices, post offices and banks close for national holidays.
