In the School Museum part of Ghent's history is told using a model that shows the city as it was 450 years ago at the time of Emperor Charles V. Son et Lumière performances (in Dutch) take place at 11am and 3pm. From Monday to Thursday inclusive and on Saturday the museum is open 9am to 12:15pm and 1:30pm to 5:15pm. On Friday the museum is open only in the morning and it is closed on Sunday.
