Árpád Híd (Arphad Bridge)
(
Worth Seeing
)
Located north of Margaret Bridge, Arphad Bridge is the longest and most robust of the six bridges crossing the Danube in the
vicinity of downtown Budapest and links the mainland with Margit-sziget (Margaret Island). It's worth a walk across if only
for the views it offers of the city and a sense of the immense breadth of the Danube, and Margaret Island is certainly worth
a visit.
