PostaMùzeum (Postal Museum)
( Highly Recommended ) The Postal Museum was formerly a luxurious seven-room private apartment in the once affluent area of Sugarut. The owner's initials 'AS' (Andreás Saxlehner) can be seen all over the house. Most sumptuous of all are the impressive Károly Lotz frescoes on the staircase. Apart from the portable furniture most of the fittings and furniture are original. Attendants will put into operation some of the museum's exhibits. You can even see a section of a pneumatic exchange. An off-beat idea, but together with the other somewhat esoteric museums, it's what makes Budapest such a fascinating city.
