This triangular-shaped café was built at the beginning of the 18th century in late-rococo style. Famous for its game dishes, it's now the Aranyszarvas Restaurant. The Deer House was once part of the Tában, a popular place of entertainment on the northern slope of Gellért Hill. Many of the houses here, apart from the Deer House, were demolished for public health reasons. All the more reason to eat at the Deer House, which is scrupulously clean.
