Invest 1-100% with pre-tax dollars up to a maximum of $15,500; AAA matches 100% up to 3% of compensation plus 50% up to next 2%. 100% vesting upon enrollment
Eligibility: One (1) year of employment with a minimum of 1,000 hours worked per year. Employees will be notified when they become eligible.

Retirement/Pension Plan
100% paid by AAA Southern New England – Defined Contribution Plan. Employee fully-vested after 3 years of employment.
