Driving School Policies

• Students are required to attend all classroom sessions; missed classes must be made up.


• Refunds will be considered if a student provides 72 hours notice they will be unable to attend the classroom portion of the program. No refunds will be considered after the first classroom session.


• Disruptive behavior is not acceptable, and the AAA instructor reserves the right: to call a parent, have a student leave the classroom; or to terminate an in-car lesson.


• Scheduling of in-car lessons can begin during the 30-hour program; however, your account must be fully paid in order to schedule the behind-the-wheel classes.


• AAA requests 24 hours notice in the event a student is unable to make a scheduled in-car appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $50 no show/no cancellation fee.


• There will be a $25 charge for all returned checks.
