aaa.com now gives you direct access to our emergency road service (ERS) dispatch system!
Perhaps your car just made it to work this morning. Or maybe it didn't even leave the driveway. Whatever your circumstances, if you have access to the Internet, you can now bypass our call center and put your ERS request directly into our dispatch system.
Road Service Online® allows you to skip the phone call, which means no spelling, no repeating, and no bad connections. And, especially during times of increased call volume, like that generated during inclement weather, this means no waiting on hold.
As a member in good standing of AAA Blue Grass/Kentucky, you may request emergency road service online 24 hours a day. To submit a request online you must be a registered user of aaa.com and be a current, valid member of AAA.
