Corporate/Group Membership FAQ

How does the Group Membership Program work?
It's simple really. AAA Blue Grass/Kentucky
will give you a substantial discount off the club's regular dues when
you join as part of an employee group. Each employee group is assigned
a Common Renewal Date. Your dues will be automatically deducted from
your paycheck each year on this CRD.
Your first year dues will be pro-rated
to your group's CRD.
This pro-rated amount is already calculated for you on our join
page.
Just select the a membership plan (Basic or Plus) and enter up to three
names for Associate Memberships.
All full-time employees are encouraged to participate. Part-time employees may also be eligible. Contact your company's Human Resources Department for details.
Complete the form found on your company's membership application page, then click on the Join button.
New members enjoy substantial savings for both the Primary and Associate membership(s). Primary members save $20.00 off the regular first year dues and Associates save an additional $11.00. Participating employees will save $5.00 a year after that and $3.00 a year for each Associate.
Can I enroll my spouse or other family members?
Yes! As a qualifying employee, you are entitled to add other family members that reside in your household. They will each save as a result!
What is the difference between a "Primary" and an "Associate" member?
The Primary member is simply the first member of the household to enroll, and the person to whom correspondence will be sent. In the case of Corporate/Group Memberships, the Primary member is also the employee of the participating group. Additional family members are referred to as Associates. An Associate is a spouse, son, daughter, legal ward, or guardian that resides in the household. Children away at college or in the military may also qualify.
When will my membership be effective?
AAA will process your membership within two business days. AAA membership cards will be sent to you within ten days. If you need your card sooner than that, contact us and we'll rush you a temporary card or make arrangements for you to pick up a card at one of our branch offices.
I'm already a AAA member. How do I save money by switching to the employee group plan?
You may transfer your current membership into the plan at any time. Your discounted group dues will be pro-rated to your company's common renewal date. Contact us for details.
What is the difference between Basic AAA and AAA Plus?
AAA Plus extends about twenty of the Basic Benefits and Services. Most AAA members feel the biggest benefit is the extended towing. AAA Plus provides up to 100 miles of FREE towing. This could save you $200.00 or more. Click here for a complete listing of AAA Plus benefits.
AAA accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover for first-year payments. If you are joining online, credit card information is collected towards the end of the join process. Remember, your renewal dues will be payroll deducted in the future.
Do I have to use payroll deduction?
Yes. You may pay by using a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card the first year. All renewals will be payroll deducted, usually over two pay periods.
What happens to my membership dues if I leave my current employer?
Your membership dues will revert to AAA's prevailing renewal rate and AAA will simply bill you at home.
If I have a question that isn't listed above, how can I get the answer?
