Why won't the registration process accept my member number?

First, verify that you are entering only the first eight (8) digits out of your nine (9) digit membership number.

Second, verify that you are a member of AAA Blue Grass/Kentucky. On your membership card, you should see "032" under "Club Code". Only members of this club may register to use aaabluegrass.com. Neighboring clubs include club 033, AAA Kentucky, and club 007, AAA Cincinnati.

Finally, it can take a few days for your membership data, once entered, to propogate through our aaa.com servers. This is in addition to the time required to process online applications. So, if you just joined, your membership number may not be accepted.

Why can't I use a certain username?

Though only members of the AAA Blue Grass/Kentucky club may use aaabluegrass.com, the username database is shared between all clubs on aaa.com. Your username must be unique among all aaa.com users.

How does automatic login work?

Using aaa.com is now even more convenient with our automatic login. We'll memorize your login information for you, so you can quickly and easily enter our system to access your member benefits online.

When you select automatic login your browser stores your login information on your computer. These stored pieces of information are called cookies. Each time you visit aaa.com, we will read the login information stored on your computer and use it to log you in automatically.

Is automatic login safe?

Automatic login makes it easier for you to access aaa.com's reservation system, but please consider the following issues:

  • Anyone who has access to your computer can use the login information stored on your computer to enter aaa.com's reservation system and access your travel profile. It is your responsibility to ensure that your computer is secure and that no one will misuse your automatic login.
  • Browsers do not share cookies. For example, if you select automatic login while using Firefox, then later visit aaa.com using Internet Explorer, you will need to re-login and select automatic login again to set an Internet Explorer cookie.
  • While all current browsers support cookies, some older browsers (Netscape Navigator and Internet Explorer versions prior to 2.0, for example) do not. In such browsers, selecting automatic login may either result in an error message, or force you to login again at your next visit to aaa.com.
